Chisco prepares the finest meat (fore shoulder, back, belly and both fore and hind hams) which is first selected and then prepared with the finest natural ingredients, garlic, paprika, salt and natural gut.

Once they have been prepared, Chisco takes great care of its sausages and cold meats. They are cured at stable humidity and temperatures. When the curing and drying process is complete, Chisco vacuum packs the products, thus preserving all of their natural properties.
